After the malolactic fermentation, the wine goes to American oak barrels, where it will remain for at least 4 months to give it a light touch of toasting, always respecting the fruitiness of the wine. It will remain in the bottle for 9 months, refining before the commercialization.

Intense cherry color with a violet rim, a sign of its youth and medium layer.


Good aromatic intensity of red fruits, pastry notes, well-integrated blackberry yogurt with a touch of barrel.


On the palate it is structured, with sweet tannins. A global, discreet and friendly note accompanies all these aromatic and taste sensations.


This wine will go well with excellently meat dishes, such as veal, as well as Iberian sausages and all kinds of stews.
