Made from destemmed grapes, it ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, daily soft pumping over to enhance color and typical aromas of the variety. Once this first wine process is finished, malolactic fermentation takes place, which occurs naturally in a stainless steel tank.

Cherry red color with a medium layer violet rim.


On the nose it is very fruity. The red fruit, strawberries, violets, plums and a mineral note stand out.


Fruity on the palate with good structure and long aftertaste.


This wine can go well with rice, pasta, legumes, vegetable stews, roasted white meat or in sauce, red meat and semi-cured cheeses.
