After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked and rested for several months before entering American oak barrels, where it will remain for 12 months. Once the aging time is over, the appropriate blends are made and the wine is bottled, which will undergo a refining process for at least 6 months in our winery before the commercialization.

Cherry color with violet edges and a high robe.


The nose shows great fruitiness, strawberries and currants. Perfectly assembled with toasted and spicy notes from the aging process.


In the mouth it is broad, graceful, with a marked acidity and good structure that makes it balanced. With a long and vibrant aftertaste where ripe black fruit appears, with vanilla notes and light smokes.


This wine will go well with excellent meat dishes, such as veal, as well as Iberian sausages and all kinds of stews.
