Immediate pressing of the grapes once received in the winery, cleaning the flower must by flotation and subsequent transfer of the wine to a stainless steel tank, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wines obtained remain in contact with their lees in deposit for 3 months to preserve the varietal aromas and provide them with greater harmony and unctuousness.
